LuxCreo is Hiring a Junior Sales Associate Near Belmont, CA

Position Summary:

We are looking to hire a candidate who is inspired by the transformation happening with the latest advancements in 3D printing and wants to be part of this movement. This individual would be responsible for generating new sales leads, supporting business development, and working cross-functionally across company departments. Qualified candidate must be a team player who is a fast learner with a positive attitude, outgoing with strong organization skills, and self-driven. Familiarity with 3D printing and related products and printing procedures is preferred but not required. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Qualifications

  • B.A. or equivalent in Business degrees preferred

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research and social media
  • Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods
  • Coordinate webinars and demo sessions with potential customers
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
  • Work with the Sales Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports

Skills

  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software preferred
  • Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
  • Ability to conduct extensive outbound cold calling
  • Strong phone prospecting and marketing skills; ability to reach prospects creatively, identify decision makers, handle objections positively and professionally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet objectives and milestones
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and, problem-solving skills; detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated, driven to plan and execute rigorous lead generation activities
  • Ability to multi‐task and prioritize activities effectively under aggressive timelines, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
